Bev Harris

Bev Harris, who is both behind BlackBoxVoting.Org and Help America Recount is also the person who found the source code for the Diebold voting systems. She eventually got it into the hands of some computer programmers. The programmers thought it was a joke, written by amateurs, as so easy was it to hack into and change votes. Harris appeared on Topic A, the Tina Brown show, when Howard Dean was the guest-host, and actually then demonstrated to Dean how easy it was to hack into a PC that was collating votes. She has now filed a Freedom of Information Act request, and seems to be the leading organizer for an Ohio recount. You can learn more about her work against the increasingly suspect electronic voting by watching Votergate. Good stuff.
